Terms Of Sale​

These terms of sale are valid for all orders placed with Rendez-Vous Limited, Registered in England.

 CHANGING OUR TERMS OF SALE

 Any changes we may make to our Terms of Sale in the future will be posted on this page. These Terms of Sale were last updated on 06th Novembre 2023.

​By creating a Profile and using our Services, You confirm that:

​

  • You are over 18 and can form a legally binding contract with Rendez-Vous Agency.

  • You provide correct, accurate and true information that is not misleading.

  • You are serious about finding love.

  • You are truthful and honest in the responses you provide on your Profile, when interacting with Rendez-Vous Agency and your potential match.

  • You will comply with the Terms of Use and all laws and regulations of The United Kingdom.

  • You will comply with our Privacy Policy

  • You will abide by the Services’ purpose, which is to cultivate a meaningful lasting relationship.

  • You will update Rendez-Vous Agency swiftly should your circumstances change and are no longer single.

  • You have no criminal convictions or have ever been found guilty of any unlawful act such as fraud, harassment , hatred, domestic violence or terrorism.

  • You are not registered as a Sex Offender.

The Rendez-Vous Agency reserves the right to decline, suspend or terminate membership or subscription at any time if a Member or Subscriber does not meet any of these conditions.

MEMBERSHIP

We provide a monthly membership plan on a subscription basis which is paid upon registration. 

A discovery call OR Assessment is conducted before a membership is offered. 

On occasion depending on the potential client, if the potential client does not successfully pass their Assessment, the membership subscription fee is fully refunded. 

 Although a number of introductions have led to marriage, there are no guarantees your introduction will lead to marriage but we do pride ourselves on presenting you with quality dates with compatible prospects who are intentional about a life partnership and a memorable experience.

MATCHMAKING FOR MEMBERS

Members have the opportunity to be matched with all members. You have the opportunity to meet a number of potential partners within your first month of  subscription and the Rendez-Vous Team is here to guide you through the process to ensure you're matched with someone compatible. If you've had a number of introductions and aren't satisfied with all your matches within the period of your membership, you'll need to extend your membership for Us to help you find more matches. 

CLIENT PROFILES

Members have the opportunity to have a Blind Date or view client profiles and images before a date is organised. Database members are exempt from viewing client images and will only meet in reality as a blind date.

 

RELATIONSHIP PREFERENCES

​We cater to preferences within Monogamy. It's important to acknowledge that the legal recognition of polygamy varies across different jurisdictions, and individuals should comply with the laws of their respective countries.

MATCHMAKING PROCESS

Any additional information, documents, or images required from clients to ensure the smooth running of our matchmaking process must be delivered by clients in a timely manner. Please note that delays may affect your opportunity to be matched and your membership will not be extended.

MATCHMAKING BACKGROUND PROCESS

​Our Matchmaking Background Check is also known as our Assessment Process. Bear in mind the Assessment is for Us to determine if we're capable of matching you. So if after the Assessment we feel that you may not be suitable for our network, we will refund you the amount for membership paid. 

FIRST DATES

All members must await feedback of a mutual attraction after a first date before contact information is exchanged.  Once confirmed, only then would we exchange contact information and you both can proceed to your next date. If contact information is exchanged without our knowledge, the Rendez-Vous Agency will terminate your membership with immediate effect as its a breach of our terms and condition, we wouldn't be liable for any charges or payments related to your membership nor be held responsible for any issues that may occur between you and your match thereafter.

IMAGE CONSULTATION AND ONLINE PROFILE REVIEWS

Our Image Consultations are spread over the Coaching Sessions, for 1 hr per session. We  provide consultation to;

1. Assess Client requirements.
2. Identify Clients needs and trace for patterns which may hinder Clients dating experiences.
3. Offer a guide towards how Client can achieve their goals.

We provide photoshoots per person, which is part of the coaching session by the hour. The standard shoot offers;

- PDF guide how to prepare for the photoshoot

- 15 edited images . 

 Any additional requirements may incur further charges which will be discussed and invoiced to Client before any images are released.  

To confirm the photoshoot, Client agrees with the Rendez-Vous Agency Terms and Condition. The Rendez-Vous Agency & Photographer has the rights to the images.  Clients have the rights to not agree to publish the images of them and have to be accepted by Rendez-Vous & the photographer.

INTRODUCTION DATES

During your dates, contact information should not be exchanged until we receive feedback from both parties of a mutual attraction. If you feel you have a strong connection and insist to go ahead with the exchange of contact information, the Rendez-Vous Agency will then exchange contact information as agreed by both parties.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

Members can cancel their subscription anytime but refunds will only be made within 48hrs after payment. No refunds will be adhered to after this period. Any cancellations made after an agreement of services will require a cancellation fee. 

INFORMATION ABOUT US

www.rendez-vous.uk is a site operated by Rendez-Vous Limited (we, our, us). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15208728. Our services include personal matchmaking and coaching for professionals and entrepreneurs. 

ORDERING

 After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have safely received it. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will send you a second email to confirm acceptance. The contract between us (‘contract’) will only be made when we send you this email to confirm acceptance. Only those products listed in the email as being dispatched will be included in the contract.

 

ORDERING ERRORS

You are able to make changes to your order up to the point at which you click on the Place Order button in checkout. Any attempt to change your order after clicking to pay may not be possible.

 

PAYMENT

We accept payment with the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Visa Electron cards. We do not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in pounds sterling. Non-UK credit card providers and banks will determine the exchange rates to be applied and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payments which non-UK card holders will be liable to pay.

COACHING AGREEMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS


These terms are here to help you and us get the most from your coaching with us.

This set out the expectations and minimum terms we can expect of both parties.

RESPONSIBILITY

In both one to one and group coaching – your Coach will do everything possible in line with our processes to enable you to achieve results and desired outcomes.

Please note you remain ultimately responsible for the cause of all change in your dating, business, speaking, career and life.

The Coach will work with you to identify barriers and solutions and offer suggestions, options and advice based on professional and personal experience and training.

You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action taken during your coaching period.

You as Client, by enrolling into a programme agree to this Coaching Agreement.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Coach will not divulge what is shared in the coaching relationship without consent. You, of course are free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at anytime.

SCHEDULING

All Coaching Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and your Coach. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session you are fully responsible for informing your Coach and arranging an appointment at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeit. You are responsible for rescheduling via phone or contact (and receive reply) via email.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making the first payment you agreeing to the full schedule as explained on your payment plan which may vary in the length of the term.

Eligibility to cancel the agreement and payments is limited to 7 business days.
This refund is only available if services have not commenced.

Requests to terminate the contracts outside of this are limited to discretion of the Management team.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by mail or email to info@rendez-vous.uk. Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date in which the cancellation is received by us.

Please Note: No refunds, credits or transfers are available for no-shows.

MINIMUM TERMS OF COACHING & MEMBERSHIP

The Coaching Programme cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. There is a minimum term of 3 months for all our group programmes. 

We may on rare occasions agree to freeze your membership for a nominal fee due to extenuating circumstances – this is a case by case basis and offered out of our discretion.

PAYMENT PLANS

If any instalment payment should default, the Client will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. Any scheduled coaching session(s) will be postponed until payment is received within the 7 days, all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited and full payment will apply. If a Client should default on any instalment payment, the result may be cancellation of the Programme and the Cancellation Policy will apply. Any credit card decline will result in penalty from our payment processing company in cases of payment default and may results in additional fees being applied.

PROGRAMME CHANGES

The Coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the programme as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.

MUTUAL AGREEMENT CANCELLATION

If at any time the Client or Coach believe the Coaching Sessions and agreement are no longer serving the needs of the Client they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation, prior to cancelling the Programme or Sessions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All material relating to the Programme is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.

INDEMNIFICATION

You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business or investment actions.

AGREEMENT SECTION

By entering into a Coaching Agreement through signing a Coaching Agreement with Rendez-Vous Limited you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
